When do I have to Pay?
No payments are required until you are approaching the end of
the free trial period, after which we will send you a reminder message
via email and through the sites internal messaging system.
How can I Pay?
You can pay through our secure payment gateway using your credit or
debit card, alternatively if you have a PayPal account you can use the
PayPal Express Checkout facility.
How often do I Pay?
We have made the payments process as flexible as possible and you can
pay for as many months in advance as you require, we do however ask for at
least a minimum of 3 months in advance.
Registered providers can view the status of their account including
payment history through their own secure area.
What if I forget to Pay?
If you should forget to pay for your service, your profile will remain
in tact and you will still have access to your account.
However a month after your payment due date expires your account will
automatically drop into a 'Suspended Status', while in this status
you will be unable to post articles or events and your profile will be
unavailable to prospective clients, this status is easily reversed
simply by making another payment.
Can I Pay by Cheque?
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or through your existing
PayPal Account, but we will process cheque payments.
