I offer Reflexology treatments at my own home and also in Nottingham at the Arnold Natural Health Centre 0115 9208000 and at the Joie for Life Clinic in Belper 07786 123932. I can also offer home visits for those who find it difficult to get about. A single treatment can be a profoundly relaxing experience and a course of treatments can bring about improvements in many conditions. Even where there is no cure for an illness Reflexology can help with many of the uncomfortable and annoying symptoms. For most people it is a gentle and enjoyable therapy and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
I have to charge £30 at the clinic in Nottingham and £30 for home visits but for the Belper Clinic or at my own home I charge £25.

I do not offer Aromatherapy massage but I make a selection of essential oil products for example :- luxery hand cream, dry skin cream, pile ointment, joint balm, relaxing massage oils and bath products. These are freshly made in small batches from bases which are SLS and Paraben free and top quality essential oils. The molecules in the oils are small enough to go through the skin and enter the blood stream. I. I have customers who find my dry skin cream excellent for eczema, psoriasis, and unexplained itchy patches. The hand cream contains essential oils that are very beneficial to the skin and smell lovely. The pile ointment often completely relieves symptoms with one or two applications. The joint balm contains analgesic and anti inflammatory oils and the relaxing massage oil contains several sedative oils. There is a one off payment for the consultation and then the cost of the cream, gel, oil or lotion which is created for you - this could be between £5 and £10 for a large container eg. 100 ml or 120 grams. I would charge £25 for home visits.

I am a Reflexologist by preference but whenever there is a contraindication for Reflexologist I can offer Reiki. Most people find Reiki deeply relaxing and generally beneficial.
