Therapist Profile Setup Guide

Setting up your profile?
This page will provide you with all the information you need to setup your web profile and get the most from your registration.

• Register & Login
  Complete the registration form supplying your contact information and chosen username/password information. After which we will send you a welcome email, which contains your account activation code; this is part of our security process and you must supply this code the first time you login to the site.

  Please note - for security reasons we do not retain your password in any readable format.

• Logging in for the first time
  When you login for the first time you must along with your username and password supply the 4 digit security code we sent you after registration.

  Once logged in you will arrive at the Registration Details page, here you will see the details you supplied at registration and also an account status section which provides you with information about your account. This includes your account number which you should record for future reference, if you need to contact us we will need this to identify you.

  You can modify your registration details at any time by clicking on the 'Update My Details' button.

• Your Contact Details
  You will need to provide information about your business location, this should be supplied in the 'Your Contact Details' section, click on the Contact Details menu option in the left hand side menu. Click on the button marked 'Update My Contact Details' to modify your contact information, this is the contact information which will be provided to your clients.

• Your Treatments
  Click on the 'Treatments Offered' menu option on the left hand side of the page, here you will be able to add the treatments you wish to offer as a service, simply click on the 'Offer New Treatment button, at the top left hand side of the page. (see below)

  

  Once you have added and saved each treatment you wish to offer, you will be automatically directed back to your treatments list which looks similar that shown above. From here you can set your pricing information by clicking on the 'Set Prices' link against the appropriate treatment record or alternatively modify treatment details further by clicking on the 'Modify Details' link.

• Frequently Asked Questions
  As part of your Web Profile, you can setup a number of frequently asked questions, these can be about yourself or the services you offer. Simply click on the 'Your FAQs' menu option on the left hand side of the page to be directed to a list of your current FAQs. To add a new one click on the 'Add New Question' link on the top left hand side of the page, this will take you to a new page where you can add a new question and response.

• Your Profile
  Your web profile is the information which is provided via our search engine and practitioner directory to potential clients seeking your services. The contact information you provided in the Contact Details section is automatically shown here, together with links to the multimap website which will build a popup map depending upon your postcode; thus allowing customers to locate you more effectively.
