LIGHT COACHING AND HEALING supports and empowers those people with enhanced sensitivity and who may find the world we live in quite harsh for their system.
It offers boundary training and energy hygiene techniques for Empaths who are those people who pick up on the thoughts and feelings of other people.
Guidance is also available for highly psychic and intuitive people looking for ongoing support to understand the information they receive and to learn how to use it to help themselves and others.
Light Coaching and Healing also helps to empower those people who may be called Lightworkers or Indigos. Those people who have never fitted into any box in the world and who have a strong sense of global purpose.

What are your qualifications to be a healer?
I have walked the path of the healer for 18 years now and am a Reiki Master Practitioner of the Mikao Usui lineage. I started as a natural healer at the age of 18, offering treatments to family and animals. I then sat in circle at the National Federation of Spiritual Healers in South Devon. As part of my own healing following a bereavement and a period of physical disability I discovered Reiki. Reiki is an ongoing path of growth, spiritual unfoldment and learning that I am sure will continue for the rest of my life but I received my original attunements and initial training from two experienced and respected teachers in the UK with professional qualifications and memberships. What qualifications and experience do you have in the between life state and birth process?
I am highly intuitive, psychic, clairsentient and clairvoyant. My consciousness is one that stands on thresholds between this dimension and other dimensions of reality. I spent 2 years in an intensive apprenticeship with one of Europes Premier Rebirthers, a contemporary of Leonard Orr, the father of rebirthing, transformational breathwork and altered states of consciousness. During this time I acted as the pre-birth and birthing partner for the wife of my trainer, offering her breathwork sessions as she prepared for the birth of her child as well as spiritual/energetic support and space holding for the birth of their new child. I am a healer and I often feel I need support and guidance for myself and my practice. Can you help?
Yes. I do a lot of work with healers and therapists helping them to stay healthy and balanced themselves. In any caring profession you are giving out a lot. If you are working with energy and healing it is essential to understand how subtle energy behaves between you and your client and to learn how to stay grounded and clear. I cannot seem to switch my mind off. I pick up on the thoughts and feelings of others and they just keep swirling around in my mind. Can you help me?
Yes. A combination of gentle healing and energy coaching will help you. I can show you some simple grounding and cleansing techniques. In a session with me I would take you through guided techniques that work on your subtle energy system, namely your chakras, meridians and aura. There are also some simple tips you can use in your everyday life that can make a huge difference to how you feel. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Can you tell me more about your telephone sessions please?
Telephone sessions are available to your land line and last 60 minutes. To begin with you can call me for a brief consultation to establish if a telephone session will work for you. If you decide to proceed we will arrange a convenient time for me to call you. Payment will be arranged via bank transfer or by cheque. All payments will be expected to clear before the date of the telephone session.
It is important to get comfortable, warm and relaxed for a telephone session. If possible, make sure you will not be disturbed. Sometimes in a telephone session I will know intuitively that we need to do a guided visualisation or some deeper work, if this is the case it is best to be at home or somewhere you can relax quietly.
Allow some time after a session. It is best not to arrange anything too active or social following a session. It is advisable not to consume alcohol or any mind-altering substance for 24 hours prior to your session. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Can you please tell me what happens in a face to face session with you at The Arcturus Clinic?
After an initial consultation by telephone we will arrange an appointment for you to visit me at the clinic. I work in a large, comfortable treatment room which has my healing Energyscapes paintings on the wall to enhance the healing experience. I work intuitively, responding to information and requests from your own body, unconscious, energy fields and soul/higher self. I work guided by my own higher self, guides and felt sense and always ask permission to access information from you and about you before doing so. I work from the heart in a clear and grounded way. Together we will sit and talk and use simple exercises to balance your energy system. Healing energy streams through me as we talk. If it feels right you can lay back on a treatment couch, fully clothed, to receive spiritual Reiki healing. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of hands on healing that channels healing and relaxing energy from Source, the Divine, the Universe etc through small healing sentres in the palms of the hands. It is basically a way of bringing more life energy into your system so that the healing intelligence within your own body can do its work to restore you to balance and wholeness.
