About Me
20 years a reflexologist and 18 years a reflexology tutor, lecturer and workshop facilitator I am still as enthusiastic about the benefits of reflexology as I was 20 years ago. Although I have trained in a number of other therapies, this one I find the most effective. As well as teaching I have a busy practice at my home too busy to work from clinics, so dont come to me if you prefer a formal clinical environment!, but I do find time to write books and articles and Chair the charity Active LightWorks, introducing complementary therapies to staff and patients at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Foot, hand or head pressure point therapy and massage with cream, powder, oil or balm in an informal setting to assist with the relief of symptoms, recovery from illness and support during pregnancy or orthodox medical treatment.
I give discounts for a series of treatments or if more than one treatment a week is required for recovery. Six treatments = £150 recommended
