Gentle Touch Reflexology, a gentle and subtle form of Reflexology compared to other forms of Reflexology which can be quite uncomfortable and sometimes rather painful. It is a wonderful relaxing treatment and has many benefits and helps clients with many conditions. I am a midwife and specialise in treating pregnant women, babies and clients with fertility problems. I also offer hand reflexology which is also a powerful treatment and extremely relaxing, ideal for clients who do not like their feet being touched. This treatment has the same benefits as foot reflexology but does not take as long.
The first treatment will take approximately 1 hr as a full consultation is carried out. Subsequent treatments will last approximately 40 mins.

This is a hands on healing therapy and the client lies on a couch while the practitioner places their hands on different parts of the body. The client is fully clothed. Reiki is universal life energy and is pronounced as ray-key. It is a deeply relaxing therapy and treats many conditions. Disease and illness is a result of blocked energy channels. Reiki unblocks these channels to allow healing to take place. As the client relaxes their own healing ability takes over. A wonderful therapy. I also teach Reiki.

A natural alternative to ear syringing. A candle is placed in the ear and lit, there is a demarkation line and when the flame reaches this the candle will be removed from your ear. You will hear a hissing and crackling sound this is the debris being extracted. Your ears will feel lovely and warm. At the end of the treatment the candle will be opened so the client can see any excess wax etc. Both ears are treated. The candles are not candles as such they have a chimney effect and are made from 100 natural ingredients. Ears can be treated for: Tinnitus, excessive ear wax, glue ear and to treat ears before and after flying. Contraindications: Grommets, ear infections, perforated ear drum and any surgery to the ear. At the end of the treatment a nice relaxing face massage will be carried out to help with lymphatic drainage.

This therapy consists of tapping on specific energy meridians which neutralises disruptions in the bodies electrical system. It is likened to acupuncture without the needles. EFT can help with many conditions.

Dr Bach in the 1930s devised a very simple healing method to be used by everyone. This healing system consists of 38 flower remedies which deals with emotions. The practitioner carries out a full consultation and decides which remedies the client needs and mixes a treatment bottle. I am a fully qualified Bach Flower Practitioner registered with the Bach Foundation.
A consultation can take up to 1 hour or less.
