Introduction
I am a fully trained Reflexologist and Indian Head Masseuse. I firmly believe that all aspects of life must be considered and appreciated in order to reach optimum health well being; when treating clients I ensure I take into account all lifestyle factors tailor each treatment accordingly, always placing an emphasis on relaxation.
About Me
I currently practice out of clinics in central, south and west London also offering a mobile service. I have assisted during practical sessions at the London School of Reflexology helping new students develop their reflexology techniques. Using reflexology I have treated a number of different conditions – including back problems, stress related illness, anxiety and muscle spasm. I have also helped a number of clients through their pregnancies with clear benefits in reducing labour time. Fertility reflexology is a special interest and I treat a number of clients for sub-fertility related problems. I have used Indian Head Massage to assist people with relaxation, upper back, neck and shoulder pain. I have found it can help reduce mental fatigue and improve concentration levels whilst aiding detoxification of the body and it has proved extremely beneficial in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and R.S.I. when combined with hand reflexology.
